• Message

  An unexpected error occured and the request was not processed. Contact API support

• Meaning

  An error occured during processing and the request was unable to be completed normally.

• How to react

  Contact Origin support and provide the error response you obtained.

CE00001

• Message

  Connect request failed validation. Refer to provided messages for details.

• Meaning

  The submitted request did not pass validation.

• How to react

  Lookup in the response the content of the field status[].messages[] that contain the details on the validation failure. Correct the problem and re-submit your request.

CE00002

• Message

  Service access require authorization.

• Meaning

  You do not have the required authorization to access the service.

• How to react

  Review the details of your API access agreement or contact API support if you feel you should have access.

CE00003

• Message

  Connect request was unable to complete. One or more paid package feature conditions not met or limit exceeded.

• Meaning

  You tried to perform an action that is not conform to your Origin paid package features. (e.g. Your package allow you to upload a maximum of 10 documents and the performed action exceed that limit)

• How to react

  Review the details of your Origin paid package features or contact API support if you feel this is abnormal.
